I'm still transitioning my move from Charlotte back to the triad these days. I tell everybody I'm a vagabond, living out of hotels, family and friends places. In the midst of all this, I'm trying my best to eat right and healthy, but what's good? When you have to go the fast food route, it's difficult to get 3 good healthy meals in each day. And I'm told you need plenty of fruits and veggies throughout the day as well. I'm good with fruit, but vegetables? I like them cooked at K&W, but what are they cooked in? Here's a reality to consider. It's easier and cheaper to eat bad than it is to eat healthy, and that's not good. But it's all good cause I'll be all the way back home real soon!
I BET THOSE VEGGIES ARE "NOT" COOKED IN SMOKED TURKEY...I DON'T EAT ANYTHING COOKED IN FAT BACK/HAM HOCK/ETC...SO YOU KNOW I DON'T EAT "EVERYTHING" MY FAMILY/FRIENDS COOK...I LIKE K&W TOO...BUT I'M CAREFUL WHAT I EAT THERE...YOU CAN SEE SOME OF THE "GREASE" ON/IN THEIR FOODS...YOU CAN EAT PRETTY GOOD CHEAP TOO...WHILE VISITING FAST FOODS...ORDER A SALAD WITH A BURGER OR FRIES...DON'T EAT BOTH BURGER/FRIES...I MAY COOK ABOUT TWICE A MONTH...BUT I "ALWAYS" KEEP VEGGIES COOKED IN SMOKED TURKEY IN MY FRIG...I LIKE FRESH FRUIT & EAT MUCH OF IT...YOU DON'T HAVE TO COOK DAILY TO EAT WELL...YOU JUST HAVE TO KNOW THE GAME OF EATING FOR YOUR HEALTH.
